As agents and consultants Odeon’s investment banking platform serves to provide strategic corporate advice to small to mid market companies across all industries. Our mission is to provide sound objective advice for companies to help maximize shareholder value throughout the corporate lifecycle. We believe that we represent the new era in Wall Street, utilizing many of the similar tools and tested methodologies successful in the past while understanding the new landscape and applying new approaches. We actively manage all aspects of any transaction from strategic advice to due diligence to closing, from a formal sale through a possible restructuring, which includes; Formulation of transaction strategy and structure, Identifying potential strategic and financial buyers/investors, Developing business plans and projections, Establishing value ranges and criteria, Coordination and management of due diligence and due diligence preparation, Preparation of confidential memorandum and management presentations, Primary point of contact with all potential investors, Structuring of bid protections packages and bidding procedures, Negotiation of sale/investment documents, and the Arrangement of debt and equity financing.
